By accessing MeetGrafi, browsing our catalog or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

MeetGrafi is a commercial brand operated by Ramiro Paternina, a natural person domiciled in Colombia (the “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms). We sell premium virtual backgrounds for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.

We sell downloadable digital products: professional virtual background images designed for video conferencing. When you buy a product, you receive a limited license to use the files; you do not acquire ownership of the underlying designs. Your files are delivered within a maximum of 24 hours after purchase.

Subject to payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased backgrounds for your personal and business video calls.

• You may use the files on your own devices and accounts.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or make the files publicly available.
• You may not claim authorship of the designs or present them as your own product.
• You may not use the purchased files, in whole or in part, for training artificial intelligence models, datasets, or machine learning systems without prior written permission.

All content on MeetGrafi, including the backgrounds, brand, logo, text and website design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license described above, no rights are transferred to you.

Purchases are processed by Paddle, which acts as our payment processor and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, payment collection and applicable taxes. Prices are shown before checkout and may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already completed.

Our products are delivered digitally within a maximum of 24 hours after a successful payment, after which you receive access to download your files. It is your responsibility to download and store them safely.

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. Please review our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions and how to request help.

You agree not to:

• Use our website or products for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack or overload our infrastructure.
• Copy, scrape or reproduce our content without permission.

Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the backgrounds will meet every specific requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet are trademarks of their respective owners. MeetGrafi is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these companies. Our products are simply compatible with their platforms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
