Refund Policy

MeetGrafi sells digital virtual backgrounds that are delivered within a maximum of 24 hours after purchase and downloadable once delivered. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered.

Once a digital download is delivered, it cannot be “returned” the way a physical item can. To protect against misuse, we do not offer refunds simply because a product has been downloaded or because you changed your mind after purchase.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will fix the issue or, if we cannot, issue a refund in the following cases:

• Corrupt or inaccessible files: the files you received are damaged or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to provide a working version.
• Wrong item delivered: you received a product that is materially different from what you purchased.
• Duplicate or accidental charge: you were charged more than once for the same order.

If you believe one of the exceptions above applies, email us at hello@meetgrafi.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order details and a short description of the problem so we can help quickly. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If something is wrong, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Billing and payment collection are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. Opening a chargeback before contacting us can delay the resolution of your issue.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
