Refund Policy

MeetGrafi, operated by Ramiro Andres Paternina Diaz, sells custom digital virtual backgrounds that are delivered within a maximum of 24 hours after purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described below.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record and ultimately handles all refund decisions.

In addition to the guarantee above, we will always fix the issue or, where appropriate, support a refund in cases such as:

• Corrupt or inaccessible files: the files you received are damaged or cannot be downloaded, and we are unable to provide a working version.
• Wrong item delivered: you received a product that is materially different from what you purchased.
• Duplicate or accidental charge: you were charged more than once for the same order.

Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, refunds are requested and processed through Paddle. You can request a refund at paddle.net or by emailing us at hello@meetgrafi.com with your order details. You can also review Paddle’s buyer terms at paddle.net/en/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

If something is wrong, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Billing and payment collection are handled by Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. Opening a chargeback before contacting us can delay the resolution of your issue.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
