MeetGrafi is a commercial brand operated by Ramiro Paternina, a natural person domiciled in Colombia (the “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy). We sell premium virtual backgrounds for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.

We only collect information you provide or that is needed to run the service:

• Contact form data: your name, email address, optional company name and the message you send us.
• Purchase data: when you buy a product, our payment provider (Paddle) collects the billing details and payment information needed to complete your order. We receive confirmation of the transaction and basic order details, not your full card number.
• Email delivery data: the email address you provide so we can reply to you or send transactional messages (such as a confirmation that we received your message).

We do not require account creation, and we do not knowingly collect more personal information than necessary.

• To respond to your inquiries and provide support.
• To process purchases and deliver your downloads.
• To send transactional emails related to your request or order.
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of our website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where applicable, we process your information based on your consent (for example, when you submit the contact form), and on the need to perform a contract and our legitimate interest in delivering, supporting and securing our service.

We keep contact form submissions for up to one (1) year, after which they are deleted. Transaction and billing records handled by Paddle are retained according to Paddle’s own policies and any legal or accounting obligations.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate MeetGrafi:

• Hosting & database: our website and stored messages run on Lovable Cloud infrastructure (powered by Supabase).
• Payments: Paddle acts as our payment processor and merchant of record.
• Email delivery: our email provider delivers notifications and confirmations.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We are responsible for our practices; each provider is responsible for the security of its own platform.

We currently do not use analytics or advertising tracking cookies. Our website relies only on the essential cookies and technologies required by our hosting platform to load and function correctly. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@meetgrafi.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

MeetGrafi is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our infrastructure may store and process data on servers located in the United States and other countries. By using MeetGrafi, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by posting a notice on this page.
